Ti'Nya Barnes

Head Coach/Owner

Ti’Nya started Xclusive Volleyball Club as a means to improve the skill level of volleyball players in the New Iberia area. Barnes is looking to improve each and every athlete who participates in Xclusive Volleyball club. As a Head Coach, it is important to her that all athletes learn and grow through their participation in the sport of volleyball. Barnes and her staff are constantly evaluating and implementing training programs that will allow Xclusive's athletes to reach their maximum potential as a volleyball player.

Krisyn Williams

Assistant Coach

Krislyn will implement strategies to allow for further development of youth within the sport of volleyball and to provide an opportunity to experience and play a new style of volleyball. Her extensive knowledge and dedication to the sport of volleyball will help propel our volleyball club to the forefront of our area, our state, and our region. William’s passion to the development of our youth sports organizations will prove beneficial to the success of Xclusive Volleyball Club.

MEET OUR STAFF

Our goal is to provide a positive experience that promotes each athlete and the love of volleyball. We focus on the process and strive for each player to try to develop and grow individually, but we also emphasize the importance of teamwork. We strive to teach our athletes volleyball, including all skills, tactical knowledge and match strategies. We also teach the team to be humble, respectful, confident and enthusiastic. We also teach them to be disciplined, respectful, confident and enthusiastic. We understand how important life lessons will stay with them long after their volleyball careers are over. We welcome all players to support their teammates and all players who are part of the Xclusive family.

Our goal is to provide competitive teams for all ages. It requires a great commitment from all parties. Our coaches work hard to build highly competitive teams, and our players must be willing to put in the time and effort to be the best volleyball player they can be..
