What does the club fee cover?

Club fees pay for team enrollment fee for the seasons' USAV and AAU tournaments, uniforms, practice facilities, insurance, equipment and coaches’ fees. The Xculsive Volleyball Club payment schedule is listed on our registration page. There is an initial down payment due at the parent meeting, which varies between age groups, because most
of our overhead occurs at the beginning of the club season.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO PARTICIPATE

Every athlete will be required to wear the appropriate shoes and kneepads for all practices. Coaches will direct players as to type of shoes, etc. Additional equipment will be provide and/or assigned by Xclusive to each athlete participating.

HOW LONG IS THE CLUB SEASON?

The USAV club season lasts from November to July; however most teams conclude their season in late April if they don’t qualify for additional tournaments, such as nationals.

Will the club schedule conflict with my school volleyball schedule?

No, the club season starts in November when the school season ends. The club season allows athletes the opportunity to continue playing and improving once school volleyball ends.

How do I know what age group I should try out for?

We follow the USAV Age Guidelines which is based on age as of next September (2024). Please visit our website to see an age guideline chart.
